Refund Policy

We understand that there may be times when our clients will need to request a refund on training products they have ordered from Tamlo International. In order to make that process as clear and simple as possible, we offer the following Refund Policy. This policy guides and informs our refund process. Tamlo Support is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern Time (except holidays).

All of Tamlo International’s products are covered by our Refund Policy. Because of the variety of training products offered by Tamlo, there are specific conditions and limitations placed on each product. The details are listed below for each of our offerings.

Online Training Refund Terms and Conditions

Policy:

  • A refund may be requested for up to thirty (30) days after purchase.
    • Refund requests will be responded to within two (2) business days.
  • A refund will be issued for all courses that have not been activated.
    • Course activation occurs when someone logs in to the learning platform and starts the course. The learning platform tracks this activity.
    • Once a course has been activated it is no longer eligible for a refund.
  • The refund will be calculated based on the purchase price per student.
  • There will be a $10.00 service fee deducted from the total refund.
  • If the order was paid for by credit card, the refund will be issued to that credit card only.
    • The refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
    • The refund will be processed, at the latest, within seven (7) business days of approval.
  • If the order was paid for by cheque, the refund will be issued as a cheque.
    • The cheque will be made out to the purchaser, based on the information submitted at the time of purchase.
      • Refunds will not be issued to a third party.
    • The cheque will be sent within ten (10) business days of approval.
  • You can also request course credits.
    • Inactivated courses can be retained and assigned to students at a later date.
    • There are no charges for this service.
    • Courses will always be updated to the latest version.
    • Course credits have no expiry date.

Policy:

  • A refund may be requested if the video activation package has not been downloaded.
    • Once the activation files are downloaded you may not request a refund.
  • A refund request can be made up to thirty (30) days after purchase.
    • Refund requests will be responded to within two (2) business days.
  • The refund will be calculated based on the purchase price of the video files.
  • There will be a $25.00 service fee deducted from the total refund.
  • If the order was paid for by credit card, the refund will be issued to that credit card only.
    • The refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
    • The refund will be processed, at the latest, within seven (7) business days of approval.
  • If the order was paid for by cheque, the refund will be issued as a cheque.
    • The cheque will be made out to the purchaser, based on the information submitted at the time of purchase
      • Refunds will not be issued to a third party.
      • The cheque will be sent within ten (10) business days of approval.

 (USA or Canada)


Policy:

  • There are two packages offered:
    • Package includes Carl’s Story Video Resource.
      • The Carl’s Story Video Resource refund policy will be governed by the Video Resource Downloads Refund Terms and Conditions (see above).
    • Standalone package, no Video Resource included.
  • A refund may be requested for the Compliance Officer’s Guide for Executives as long as the files have not been downloaded.
    • Once the files are downloaded you may not request a refund.
  • A refund request can be made up to thirty (30) days after purchase.
    • Refund requests will be responded to within two (2) business days.
  • The refund will be calculated based on the purchase price of the files.
    • Associated Video Resource files will be governed by the Video Resource Downloads Refund Terms and Conditions (see above).
  • There will be a service fee deducted from the total refund for each Package, as follows:
    • Full package (PowerPoint and PDF files plus Video Resource) no additional fee.
      • The Video Resource Package will still be subject to a $25.00 service fee (see above).
    • The Package documents (PowerPoint and PDF files) will be subject to a $15.00 service fee.
  • If the order was paid for by credit card, the refund will be issued to that credit card only.
    • The refund will be processed as quickly as possible.
    • The refund will be processed, at the latest, within seven (7) business days of approval.
  • If the order was paid for by cheque, the refund will be issued as a cheque.
    • The cheque will be made out to the purchaser, based on the information submitted at the time of purchase
      • Refunds will not be issued to a third party.
      • The cheque will be sent within ten (10) business days of approval.
