How can I bulk purchase Flag the Money and other courses?
The first step is to set up your Corporate Account.
Companies in the United States can register here.
Companies in Canada can register here.
Regardless of how big or small your company is, your Corporate Account gives you the tracking and reporting you need. After your account is set up you can bulk purchase as many credits as you need for your preferred training. If you need any assistance, please contact email@example.com.
Can I track the training progress?
Our learning platform offers a variety of reports that will keep you on top of training progress. You can follow who has completed the course and exam, and who is in progress. There is robust communication system built in that sends reminders to the students as well.

We’ve had an auditor ask for a course outline. Can you supply that?”
Yes, we will provide a PDF that shows the topics covered through the course. In addition, we will provide an auditor with a free review access to the course if they want to check it in more detail. Simply contact email@example.com.
I can’t find my User Name or Password. Where can I get them?
Go to the Log-in page for your account. Just below the Log-in box you’ll see “Forgot Your Password?“. Click on that, provide your email address and you will receive an email with everything you need to get a new password.
I’m having a problem on the RapidLMS training platform. How do I get help with that?
You can connect directly with the RapidLMS Support Team here.
In the upper right-hand corner you’ll see “Submit a ticket“. Click on this and fill in the support request form. They will get back to you within one business day.
Can our compliance officer preview Flag the Money to ensure it meets our needs?
Yes, we offer one full demo of the course to your compliance officer or decision maker at no charge. We believe that our training is unlike anything you’ve seen before, and that you will see the value in incorporating our course into your compliance regimen. Which course is the best choice for our company?
The Flag the Money courses are offered for financial institutions, securities dealers and insurance brokers. It’s also available for Money Services Businesses. If you aren’t sure which is best for you, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the specifics of your company and we’ll help you choose the best fit for your compliance needs.
Our Financial Abuse of Older Adults courses may serve an important part in your compliance program. Certain states currently have compliance requirements in place regarding suspected elder financial abuse, and this course can help fill your need. Other states or provinces may be considering new regulations. If they do, we have a solution for you.
In addition, we now offer our Flag Financial Crime series of micro-learning courses; short 5 to 10 minute courses on significant topics to provide ongoing awareness training. For more information, contact email@example.com.
Can we use your videos as part of our own compliance training?
Carl’s Story Video Resource and Financial Abuse of Older Adults Video Resource do not constitute proper compliance training on their own. However, they can be licensed on an annual basis and could certainly be used as a component of your own training. You would need a comprehensive course on compliance requirements, a graded exam on the subject matter, and a tracking system to show due diligence.
