Our Financial Abuse of Older Adults courses may serve an important part in your compliance program. Certain states currently have compliance requirements in place regarding suspected elder financial abuse, and this course can help fill your need. Other states or provinces may be considering new regulations. If they do, we have a solution for you.
Can we use your videos as part of our own compliance training?
Our two videos, Carl’s Story Video Resource and Financial Abuse of Older Adults Video Resource do not constitute proper compliance training on their own. However, they can be licensed on an annual basis and could certainly be used as a component of your own training. You would need a comprehensive course on compliance requirements, a graded exam on the subject matter, and a tracking system to show due diligence.
TAMLO’s Flag the MoneyTM and Financial Abuse of Older Adults courses include the video already integrated with the compliance essentials and a tracking system.
